This oak-aged Chardonnay is one of the finest we've tasted from Argentina, with buttery aromas, a touch of citrus, and elegant oak. We also think it's great with sesame chicken. This Chardonnay was a combination of grapes from three of their vineyards; Long Gully, Mansons Farm and Templars Hill. It is all about complexity, with vanilla, citrus and tropical fruit components. The palate explodes with ripe citrus characters and an excellent creamy texture followed by weight from extended lees contact and barrel ageing. A good grapefruit dominated finish compliments the wine's natural acidity.
